AT&T stays the course for 2010 with adding and upgrading Calif. cell towers
AT&T has made its New Years resolutions for California. Here’s the breakdown of the plans from the press release:
- Add more than 200 new cell sites
- Upgrade nearly 500 cell sites to 3G
